When returning a battery powered tool, ensure all batteries, chargers and accessories are included. Also ensure the metal contacts on the batteries are covered. Where possible use the original packaging to prevent any transit damage. Batteries are to be placed in a bag before packaging product. Until they make this option we will try work around.
