Faulty Batteries / Chargers - Replace only = Contact Milwaukee Service department. You will need to go direct to their web site or the link on ours.

The following information must be supplied with all Return Requests. Contact Name and Contact Number. Reason for return / Description of Fault. When returning a battery powered tool, ensure all batteries, chargers and accessories are included.

Also ensure the metal contacts on the batteries are covered. Where possible use the original packaging to prevent any transit damage.

Batteries are to be placed in a bag before packaging product. It is not a World Wide Milwaukee agreement. Also all our tools are UK spec so any tools that come with a charger will be fitted with a 3 pin UK plug.
